My family and I recently experienced a lovely stay at Landhotel Fernsicht for Christmas. The warm welcome and helpful owner set the tone for our ski adventure. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the ski slopes, enveloping us in the Alpine ski resort ambiance. While the breakfast was good, more hot food options would have been appreciated.The location is perfect for families seeking peace and quiet, just a short walk from Winterberg town center and various attractions like the Bike Park, bobsleigh track, and ski slopes. The generous breakfast buffet in the restaurant, with mountain views, was a delightful start to our days. Our junior suite featured a separate seating area, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a terrace to soak in the beautiful surroundings.With a small selection of snacks like Tarte Flambé, enjoyed on the balcony with panoramic views, we felt truly at home. The hotel's bright, modern rooms with elegant bed linen and free WiFi added to our comfortable stay. Guests can indulge in various activities in the area, including skiing and golfing, while enjoying the tranquil setting. We highly recommend Landhotel Fernsicht for families looking for a peaceful Bavarian escape amidst stunning natural landscapes.
